Refund & Return Policy
At West End Jiu-Jitsu Club, all purchases made through our website are considered final. Due to the nature of our services, training programs, and digital access, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Memberships & Training Services
All memberships, drop-in training fees, class packages, and training-related services are non-refundable. Once a membership or training session is purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, transferred, or credited toward future services.
Drop-In Training
Drop-in training purchases are processed per visit and are required each time you train. All drop-in payments are final, including donation-based drop-ins, regardless of attendance or usage.
Merchandise & Apparel
All merchandise and apparel sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for clothing, gear, or other physical items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can review the issue.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of West End Jiu-Jitsu Club in limited circumstances. Any approved exception does not create an obligation for future refunds or returns.
