Etiquette & Rules
Jiu Jitsu works best when everyone trains with respect, control, and awareness.
ARRIVE READY TO TRAIN
Wear a clean Gi or training gear. Trimmed nails, remove jewelry, and bring hydration if needed.
SICK OR WITH SKIN ISSUES
Stay home if you’re sick or have any contagious condition. Always inform staff as well.
PROTECT YOUR PARTNER
Train with control. Match size, experience, and intensity.
RESPECT THE ROOM
Be aware of your space and your partner. Respect belt hierarchy and mat flow, and communicate injuries pre-round rolling.
TAP EARLY & RELEASE
Respect and release the tap immediately. No over cranking, slamming, or reckless movement allowed.
KEEP IT ABOUT JIU-JITSU
Keep conversations focused on jiu-jitsu training. Light chit chat is fine, but avoid politics, religion, and off-topic debates.
